We worked with Tony to iron out the details for our project and that was a very good process. Good back and forth discussion to make sure that we got the items that we wanted with our project; as well as a good quality.
The work was done by Joe, Dylan, and Adam. They were professional, courteous, and were very willing to take the time to answer our questions and explain the work that they were doing for us when we had questions. Their work was phenomenal and we are very happy with the end result.
There were some snafus during the project course that was entirely out of their control (Home Depot be darned) but they responded quickly, effectively, and kept a clear line of communication with us for what their going forward strategy was in light of the emerging supply issues.
There was only one issue, which we would qualify as administrative. While we had the quoted work listing all of the work that was needed and we were paying for, from what we gathered, the actual job packet that they were given from the office did not list out all of the work we were quoted for them doing.
After reviewing the quote and asking about the work, they took no time at all in completing the work listed on our quote with no issue or push back. And that is only the smallest knock that we would give for an otherwise perfect job done.
We plan on working with them again on future projects (we have many) since our experience was absolutely excellent. And the administrative issue was very minor in the grand scheme of things. We felt like we had a working partnership throughout the entire process and they were engaged with our questions and treated us as equals in the process. We have nothing but praise for them.
