HDH requested description of issue, photos, etc.. Followed up with inspection, dates, and estimate. Once work began HDH discovered previous work was incomplete and unsatisfactory, then discribed what needed to be accomplished. Workers were on time, respectful, considerate, and above all else professional. Kept me informed of every aspect - issues, work required, time to complete, area cleanliness, etc. Work area isolated to minimize dust, ensure safety, and left work area like they were never there. Highly recommended.
