Brad and team were an absolute pleasure to work with. Brad helped me with ideas for filling in a gap on a brick wall with a window and then when his team arrived and put it to action. To be honest, I wasn’t sure about them, because I knew nothing of them. But once I got to meet and talk with Brad, and told him what I wanted and liked, the ball got rolling. I am so thankful for House Doctors. I have a little rental house in Charleston and my husband and I live in Ohio. We have had horrible experiences with other contractors but from now on I will only call House Doctors. Brad came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate to remove the old broken and rusty basement windows in this hundred-year-old house, and to install the new windows we had bought at Lowe's. Adam did a beautiful job with this project, and the PVC trim on the outside and inside around the windows makes it a work of art. I highly recommend you call House Doctors too!

We had a bunch of settling cracks to repair. The two ladies who worked on our walls and ceiling did an EXCELLENT job both filling the cracks, repairing loose tape joints, and matching up the paint so that the entire room didn't have to be painted. Also, after getting other estimates, House Doctors of Kanawha Valley's price was MORE than fair. And they were prompt...they showed up when they said they would. The best compliment I can give anyone is to say I'd DEFINITELY use them again!

I used House Doctors in Dunbar, West Virginia. I highly recommend this company here in Dunbar. They really worked with me after a business gave me a destroyed air conditioner. The owner helped me out and when they came back out, they installed the new AC, but a problem was that the new AC was smaller. The technician Brian McCormick, Roger Davis, and Eric worked the problem and did an amazing job. The price was very reasonable and the work was AMAZING. Roger and Tiffany came to our home to do a lot of work for us. They aimed to please! They are very professional and down to earth. Very respectable to us! My husband is a blinded veteran and they made sure to keep things out of his way. They are two of the hardest working people I’ve ever met! If someone needs work done on their home, I’d suggest calling House Doctors. Honest to goodness people! We recently had Roger back to do some work for us, and, as usual, Roger was on time and did a great job. He’s very personable. I highly recommend him.

Brian and Roger were absolutely wonderful. They had quite the task of hanging a light fixture above a very tall stair, and they did so with patience and efficiency. They even took the time to drive back to ensure they had the proper safety ladder and other tools to get the job done. They were so kind and patient, and even offered to paint the ceiling where the plate was smaller. Very happy with their work!

Update from work done 5 months ago: There was a small issue with the interior handrails on the front porch ramp installed at my mother's home this summer. Once notified, they came out that day to remove the handrails. They ended up installing brand new handrails within 2 business days. I was very impressed with their immediate response and correction of this issue. Highly recommend!
