I can't speak highly enough of the professional, timely, and excellent job Angie's two-man crew performed. We had a two-story gutter elbow become disconnected in a windstorm. As a retired couple, we are not going up a thirty-foot ladder. I called a roofing company and explained my issue. He was nice and said he would send me a text, and if I gave my contact information he would text me back a time. By the next day I never heard back, and this not being my first rodeo in life, I figured it was just too small a job to make it worth his time. So I called House Doctors.
So if you're like us and find calling professionals the hardest part of getting help, you should consider these professionals. Angie answered my first call and said she had a two-man crew in our area, and after I sent a picture she said sure, they could come out that afternoon. They came out and were on it quickly. You can always tell when the folks who arrive know what they are doing. One person went up, not only fixing it but also inspected it and said all was in order.
Wow is all I can say, and we got a business card, so in the future we will know who to call. When I asked what they do, they said we do it all but put on roofs. So if you're like us and wondering who to call when your house needs a doctor, I wouldn't hesitate to give them a call. Along with any professional service, they are going to be within that price range, but for us that's more than fair. Overall I would rate our experience a 10 on a 1 to 10. I wasn't asked to give this review like a lot of places ask. I was never asked to do this. I am doing this because these folks are people that, in my estimation, earned this response the old-fashioned way, by honesty and hard work. I am from the older generation, and I place a lot of value on those two things most of all.

It started as soon as he entered my home and saw my dogs were put up, which I do when having "professional guests." He insisted on saying hi, and I was able to leave them out for the remainder of the visit. He, I assume, wanted to make sure they knew he was a guest in "their" house. So instead of getting barking constantly for the time he was here, we had just a normal Thursday evening. His work was even better. He did everything in a timely fashion and it looked like the problem was never there. Not only did he make sure he cleaned everything he had dirtied, he even used a personal fan to make sure it was dry and looked to its best, even coming back inside once more to add a coat of paint because it wasn't up to his standards yet. I’ve found it difficult to get someone to return calls, show up, and follow through on odd jobs. I needed light fixtures and ceiling fan changed out, vinyl siding reattached, and water damage repair. From start to finish, the process was smooth and everyone provided excellent customer service. Mike was great in coming out to the house, provided tips/options and a quick turnaround on the estimate. Once I received the estimate on Monday, they were able to schedule me and get started Wednesday a.m. Jai and Richard were very pleasant, professional, and communicated throughout the process. They divided and conquered with their respective trades of drywall/paint and electrical. Jai did an especially great job in matching up the drywall and making sure everything was just right with the much-needed ceiling repair.
