Long before launching House Doctors, Devon spent years working on his own homes and investment properties — buying, renovating, and restoring houses alongside Stephanie. What started as a personal necessity became a genuine passion. He developed firsthand knowledge of what quality home improvement work looks like, and more importantly, what it feels like when it falls short.

Devon's approach to the business reflects both his professional background and his experience as a homeowner: straightforward communication, reliable follow-through, and a commitment to doing things right the first time. He knows what it's like to be on the other side of a contractor who doesn't show up — and has made it his mission to make sure no House Doctors customer ever feels that way.

Stephanie is the co-founder of House Doctors of the Seacoast and the driving force behind the company's customer experience and operational excellence. Her professional background in product development gave her a deep appreciation for process, quality, and the details that separate a good outcome from a great one — skills she brings to every project the team takes on.

Stephanie was drawn to the Seacoast for its warmth, its community, and its coastal New England charm. As a proud member of the Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce and someone who genuinely loves being part of this community, she's invested in the Seacoast far beyond the business itself.

For Stephanie, House Doctors is personal. She built it because she'd lived the frustration — the contractors who never called back, the work that wasn't done with pride, the homeowners left to figure it out on their own. Her goal is simple: to be the team that Seacoast families can always count on, for the one-off repair and for the full list that follows.

Sean is Devon's brother and brings professional expertise and charisma to his role as General Manager at House Doctors of the Seacoast. With a background in project management and customer relationship building, Sean plays an important role in keeping projects on track and making sure every customer interaction reflects the high standards Stephanie and Devon built this business on.

Sean's experience managing complex restoration projects gives him the kind of practical knowledge that translates directly into smooth, well-executed jobs for our customers. He's a familiar face on job sites across the Seacoast region, and the kind of person customers consistently call out by name when they leave a review.
