President and founder of the House Doctors Chicago and North Shore franchise.  Tom brings a unique blend of corporate expertise and personal passion to his role. Alongside his wife, Jeanne-Marie, Tom transitioned from a successful career as a finance executive at a Fortune 100 company to start Andy OnCall in 2007, which was later acquired by Premium Service Brands in 2021 and became part of the House Doctors brand. Tom’s decision to leave the corporate world was driven by his desire to use his hands-on skills, problem-solving abilities, and financial acumen in a more meaningful way. His goal was to create a business that not only solves problems but also positively impacts people’s lives by improving their living and working environments. Today, Tom’s leadership at House Doctors reflects his commitment to quality, customer service, and a personal touch in every project, making him a trusted figure for clients looking to enhance their spaces.   

Co-owner of House Doctors Chicago and North Shore, Jeanne-Marie brings a strong background in business operations, marketing, and customer experience to the company. After a successful career in consulting and technology, she joined Tom full time to help support the growth of the business and strengthen the systems, processes, and communications that keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Jeanne-Marie’s focus on operations, technology, and customer engagement helps House Doctors deliver a professional, well-managed experience that supports both the team and the homeowners they serve.

Commercial Sales and Operations Manager. Esti has a robust background in Property Management Services, and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in managing operations effectively and fostering strong client relationships. Her role at House Doctors involves coordinating project logistics and driving sales initiatives to ensure optimal service delivery in commercial settings. Esti’s connection to the House Doctors family extends personally as well, being the spouse of one of our highly skilled technicians. Her unique perspective enhances our team’s cohesion and our ability to meet client needs with precision and care.
